Boutique Hotel BlackSeaRama, located in the BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas Resort, has become the first property in Bulgaria to be officially recognized as a member of one of the world’s most prestigious hotel collections, Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), the hotel announced.
The SLH collection features boutique hotels known for their unique atmosphere, high standards of luxury and personalized guest experiences. These 620 hotels typically offer fewer than 50 rooms and provide a variety of distinctive and memorable stays, from countryside lodges in tropical rainforests to beachfront villas. Many SLH members are also committed to sustainable practices aimed at supporting local communities and minimizing environmental impact.
Tourism Minister Miroslav Borshosh congratulated the hotel’s team, stating: “Bulgarian hotels are an essential part of our tourism industry, and places like this, recognized with such a high distinction, are proof that Bulgaria is confidently entering the luxury tourism segment, offering world-class hospitality.”
Boutique Hotel BlackSeaRama opened in 2021 and features 20 suites, a fine dining restaurant, pools and a spa centre. It is located just a hundred metres from the BlackSeaRama Golf Club, home to the iconic course designed by the legendary Gary Player. The hotel boasts panoramic views of the Black Sea and Cape Kaliakra. With its designer interior and cosy atmosphere, the property offers guests privacy and highly personalized service. This year, the golf course at the BlackSeaRama Resort was ranked among the top 30 out of over 6,000 courses across Europe.
